Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch the goods within 48 hours of receiving the order. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will received tracking information via email. Normally transit time is between 3-5 days within the UAE 
 

UAE Shipping via courier service:

25 AED for orders below 500 AED (except remote areas)
Free shipping for orders above 500 AED (except remote areas)
*For remote areas, please verify if delivery to your location is available by contacting us info@theconsciouswell.com
 

International Shipping:

For overseas orders delivery charges will apply and vary from country to country depending on size and weight of items ordered.
Should you wish to order items to be sent outside of the UAE, please contact: info@theconsciouswell.com indicating the items you wish to purchase and the destination address. We will work out total delivery cost and on acceptance issue a payment code for order processing.
International orders are sent via courier service. You will receive tracking information on dispatch by email.
Please note that the receiving customer is liable for all customs tax and duty payable in the delivery country.
 

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your crystal energy! We offer return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method. 
We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packing. 
All bath and body products, sprays and mists, candles and clearing tools (smudge sticks, incense cones and sticks and resins) are final sale and not eligible for return.
Discounted items/sales items cannot be returned or exchanged. 
Contact us on info@theconsciouswell.com and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours with a resolution. 
 

Refunds Policy

  • Refund Transaction Can Take Anywhere Between 5-15 Working Days To Reflect On Your Account. 
  • Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable 
  • For Any Returns, The Customer Is Responsible For Shipping Back The Product To Us. Alternatively, We Can Arrange To Collect The Return And Shipping Costs Will Be Deducted From The Refund Amount. 
 

Cancellation of Order

We understand you may want to cancel or amend your order after it has been placed. We can cancel your order if the products have not been shipped. In case the products have been shipped, please refer our return & refund policy.
