I want to change my order

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email that we are processing your order. We usually take 24-48 hours to process your order and ship it.

Please contact info@theconsciouswell.com if you would like to amend your order. We would only be able to do that if your order has not been shipped.

I want to cancel my order

We understand you may want to cancel or amend your order after it has been placed. We can cancel your order if the products have not been shipped. Please email us at info@theconsciouswell.com.

How do I pay?

We accept all master & visa cards issued in the UAE or internationally as well. The currency of billing is in AED (UAE dirham)

How much does it cost to ship my order?

For all orders within the United Arab Emirates:

Orders Less Than AED 500: AED 25
Orders More Than AED 500: Free Shipping

For all international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to, what is being shipped and how quickly you wish to receive your package. Kindly email us at info@theconsciouswell.com for more details.

How long will it take my order to ship?

We aim to dispatch the goods within 48 hours of receiving the order. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will received tracking information via email. Normally transit time is between 3-5 days within the UAE

Can I return or exchange my order?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your crystal energy! We offer return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packing.

All bath and body products, sprays and mists, candles and clearing tools (smudge sticks, incense cones and sticks and resins) are final sale and not eligible for return.

Discounted items/sales items cannot be returned or exchanged.

I have received a damaged item, what should I do?

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service within 2 days of receiving the item.

Can I get a refund?

Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable
For Any Returns, The Customer Is Responsible For Shipping Back The Product To Us. Alternatively, We Can Arrange To Collect The Return And Shipping Costs Will Be Deducted From The Refund Amount.

How do I choose a crystal?

Choosing a crystal can be overwhelming. There are so many options! How do you know which one you need at this moment? Healing with crystals is a very individualized experience. You may really connect with a particular crystal, while someone else may gravitate towards a different crystal—even if you’re using the crystal for the same intention.

To help you chose, we have categorised the products for a particular intention. Pick the intention that is most suited for you and we will give you the options of various crystals for that intention.

How do I cleanse & charge my crystals?

Crystals absorb energy all the time. For them to work effectively, it is important to cleanse them regularly. There are multiple ways of cleansing your crystals:

Salt Water
Cleanse With Sage, Palo Santo Or Incense
Cleanse With High Frequency Tuning Forks Or Mantras
Charge By Keeping Your Crystal Under The Full Moon Light And Or/ Sunlight For A Couple Of Hours

What happens if my crystals break?

Breaking of crystals is a common phenomenon. It does not reflect on the quality of the crystal. Often times, when a crystal breaks, it has taken the brunt of issues you have worked through and are now ready to release.

If a crystal breaks, it signifies that a shift has taken place. Sometimes this release point is unknown to you—the work you have done to get to this point of releasing/letting go may be unconscious on your part, but it is, nonetheless, true and impactful. So when a crystal breaks, the first thing to do is to offer thanks for all you have been given—all the blessings you have received—to allow this moment of healing to happen in your life. Allow yourself to think of the crystal as its own conscious being connected to Creator and thank it for its service to you.
